More than 4 months of troubles with the line/Internet: on and off the whole period - Not a good service provider

Writing my second review about Telkom 6 months later. Still the same miserable service and no internet or very poor and inconstant connexion. We're really desperate, living in Capetown, without any understanding of the situation. Sad to admit that this service provider was definitely a wrong choice: no information, no communication, no proper help, no technical support (waited weeks to get any form of help).

This is not acceptable.
