More shocking service from Telkom

Just took a second contract from telkom, service has deteriorated so badly, promises made of how easy it would be to port my cell c number, now that I have the new contract the sms line doesn't work, call centre is un helpful and I need to go into a telkom store. Stop making promises you can't keep Telkom, it's poor customer service.
