More order not done after 2 months

<p>This is the most pathetic and poor service I have ever received. I placed my order on the 30th of May, one month before the move... nothing happend despite receiving a ref number and everyhting. My order has been escalated twice, everytime I am promised that I will receive feedback within 24 hours... waiting almost a week nou for feedback on my escalation, this is a joke. As I am type this I am on the phone with telkom that has put me on hold now for almost 20 min after I asked to speak to a manager or superior. Way to calm down an upset customer... just put them on hold for forever. In this time an entire new line could probably have been installed to the house - 2 months for a line is pathetic! I am not even a new customer, I am an existing paying customer, wakeup telkom. Wish there was someone else I could work with but in SA its only this pathetic company.</p>
