Months Later and Still No Internet

I moved into a new flat Aug 2015 and app**** prior to that to have ADSL installed and activated. Firstly the telephone line was activated on 30 Sep '15 then the waiting began. First they said it would take 7-14 days to have the DSL active. Then after following up a week later there were apparently no ports in the exchange. So I waited until 19 Jan when the new exchange was operational. I called back and they said \No sorry
