Monthly payments

It always amazes me that when paying your account on the last day of the month, you remain connected but if you pay a day late, it take 72 hours before they can process your payment and only then can they reconnect you. Oh, and dont forget the reconnection fee that will be added onto your next bill.

Running a business and not having access to computers and telephones can cripple your business

And when asked to talk to someone that might assist you ....................ummmm hello, dropped line. Having a business line, means jack!

I will carefully reconsider some service provider that is willing to accept my business.
