Monthly data as promised not delivered

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a phone call on the 8th November 2016 in the afternoon from your call centre agent Tendani Portia Tshibalanganda. Tendani wanted to know if I wanted to upgrade my line ( ********** 033), I mentioned that I want it to remain on month to month as I didn’t know what phone I wanted. I also mentioned that I was thinking of moving this line to prepaid to and buy a Free Me package whenever I needed to. Tendani offered me to keep my number on month to month on the Smart 100 Plan but would also give me an additional 3GB per month for 6 months starting in November. I did receive the 3GB in November but not this month (Dec). I’m now out of data and do want to buy as I was promised the 3GB. I have contacted your call centre but nobody seems to know anything about this deal that Tendani offered me. It’s been very frustrating trying to explain this over and over again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can somebody please get to the bottom of this and give me what was promised.
