Monthly Contract Subscription Bungling

I have taken contracts with Telkom with insurance which i requested they cancel and was given assurance its done. Monthend it was cancelled and on enquiry they took me from pillar to post. The final straw thew debited my account as usual and did not have a problem. On the 14/10/25 they suspended my services due ro non payment and on the morning of the 15/10/25 they did not give me a conclusive answer except that i have to pay. Fine the invoice is already out and should they deduct more than they are supposed to am gonna take it further. My advice never take telkom contract as they have ********* business practice and never communicates nor explain clearly to clients. Never use their services they are the worst
