Month to month, To contract FAILURE

Earlier this year I was lucky enough to move over to fiber. Telkoms openserve guys came out did their thing and fiber was installed. I was advised that the fiber price would be R799 or close to that and has since moved to R807.10. I have been paying almost R1200 for a few months now for a 10mb fiber and phone line with uncapped data. I went to a telkom store month or so ago and they said I must log it with their finance or accounts department. I then deceided to get the DA_MN contract with the debit order for R807,10 and they phoned me back the next day to confirm the order, at the end I told the lady who phoned from ********** that I have fiber installed, I have a phone line installed, I have uncapped, I just need the contract to state that I only need to pay R807,10. She rep**** that she would phone me back in 5minutes, 50 minutes came and went,5 hours came and went. please attend to your customers in a timely manner.
