Month-on-Month attempted debits

Had Wifi with telkom month to month. Debiting and changing debit amounts for over 9 months. I have reversed, stop debits and emailed them. They have acknowledged my mail but still continuing. They even confirmed that account WiFi has been used from April. No official correspondence from Telkom, just different third companies texting or calling me.
