Month later, still haven't received my order

<p>On 18/04/2017 I placed and order telephonicaly for an ADSL line with Ntokozo Kweyama.She told me it takes 10 days to process an order .11 days later I called in to check my order and was told the order is with the technical department and I will get an sms with the installation date.Almost a month later and I still haven't received an sms .Everytime I contact the call centre I get told the same story and the consultants can't even give me a turnaround time</p>
