Monopoly

I’ve recently purchased the Mo’nice package which would last for 7 days. The warning states that if you find a R in your network display this will hail as a disruption in internet connections.

What I discovered was, when my normal data got depleted and the Mo nice package kicked in, all of a sudden the R appeared in my network display. This indicates that for the price you paying you not getting the correct operating services as a normal package would cost!! Here’s the question, why then advise this as a time package but them you also decrease my services so I’m not able to use it accordingly. You taking my money for a lesser service and making me believe it money well spent but in essence you *****ing from me by me purchasing an under performing product???
