Mo'nice is a nonsense promotion!!!

I bought Mo'nice data bundles on the 31st of December 2021 and have since not been able to use the data. It was 5.7 GB for R88 valid for 30day. I got the sms that its been activated, and even on checking my balace the data is there but i cant go online at all, it says data depleted! ******* promotion! Telkom service is just always disappointing, I want my money back
