Mo’nice data disappeared with no reason
REF : ********** 8 MONICE DATA DISAPAIR AFTER SUNDAY 08/01/2019 TELKOM DOWN REF : ********** 4 TELKOM DATA DISAPPEAR BOTH NUMBER =-500 MEG DISAPPEAR ON ********** 155 Called 22/01/2019@13:13:00pm agent advised that as per the special investigation that was done on the number, regarding the 2 above reference numbers the system had advised that the devices used all the data. This is ubserd and im very disappointed in Telkom and is robbing there clients in broad daylight, can someone in authority please get in contact with me as i have a data monitoring app on my device and are well clued when it comes to data and my device. Hope someone will contact me soon.
