MoNice Data bundles *******!

I would like to make the public aware that the MoNice data bundles are to **** people. I’ve complained to Telkom that whenever I purchase these bundles it deducts my airtime but I don’t always get the data and this was their poor response:

Hi Tamara, we have conducted a system check and our records indicates that you sometimes do have internet access using the Monice Telkom data bundles but sometimes you do not.

Please note that Telkom data is strictly based on Telkom mobile coverage. This means that you cannot utilize this data if you are either roaming or in the absence of Telkom mobile coverage. On your cellphone, you will need to lock your network on Telkom 3G or 4G. If the coverage is not available, you cannot utilize the bundle. ^RNC
