Money taken, no product, over a month now....

I ordered a tablet from Telkom on the 20th of October. On the 22nd my account was debited. I was promised delivery within 7 days. This did not happen. I have tried to call 7 times and hold on in access of 15 minutes each time. I visited a Telkom store and they informed me my order has not been processed (but they took my money????) I opted to go online and chat to a Telkom help assistant. They escalated this matter 3 times in the last week. I complained here last week, was called after 5 business days by a Telkom agent following up if this complaint was handled, and I rep**** NOT AT ALL. Promised to escalate it again, another week has passed and no call, no tablet and no feedback.....
