Money still not paid back to Client

<p>We opened a Wi-Fi contrack with Telkom 27th February 2016 at Ilanga Mall, Nelspruit. On the pamphlet was a special for R899 per month for “unlimited” data. After two days eveything was so slow we could not even updated our Anti-Virus.</p> <p>We went back (12th March) to them and explained the situation. The gentleman that assisted us also the prevoius time assisted us. He could not understnad why the internet was so slow and contacted their tecknical dept. </p> <p>They explained to him that after 100MB the internet will be slow. We told him why did no one say anything and he said that he did not know also. We told him that if we knew we would have never taken out the contract. No one told us when we took the contrack that it will be capped. Also, it is false advertising in the brochure because it is not stated like that.</p> <p>He told us to go to Riverside Mall to cancel the contract and they sent us back.</p> <p>We went back and he cancelled the contrack with no cost. All of a sudden they deducted R1007.55 of our account because apparently it takes them 20 days to cancel the contrack.</p> <p>The lady at Ilanga Mall (Tanya) said that she will give the info to the area manager and he will contact us. Never happened.</p> <p>We struggled with Telkom the whole time and still it is not sorted.</p> <p>We received a credit but apparently that was credited for money we owed them. I have no idea about it.</p> <p>We still have not yet received our R1007.55 back from them.</p> <p>The lady at Ilanga Mall said she thought that the bank gave us our money back.</p> <p>Can someone please assist.</p> <p> </p>
