Telkom seems to be doing unnecessary debits. In july my debit bounced so in August i paid double. my premium for end august supposed to be R200 however they debitted me R403. I called the call centre the lady there told me that its bank charges when i have seen that they have already charged me bank charges. they dont care if u are unemployed they keep adding on fees. i wont be able to pay this. this is ******* service after i have been a faithful payer for almost 2 years now
