Money paid but account blocked

I honestly don't know what Telkom wants from me!! My debit order date is for the last day of the month, which they debited by the way. Now can someone explain to me why my account is blocked and it says i'm in arrears, whereas the debit order went through on the last day to the month. What the hell is going on. mind you I've been calling the call center all weekend but all i'm told about is the ****** self service on whatsapp!! Can someone fix this or cancel my contract because I'm tired of this nonsense.
