MONEY OWING REFUNDED

In june the wrong amount was paid into my telkom account, the cashier got bills mixed up. Since July I have been trying to get this money back from telkom, it was a lot of money over R1000 there fore I could not just forget about it. well after many many e.mails going from one person to another, I did get my money back so it was worth it , I eventually got the right person to help me, she sorted it out and I am very thankful to her.
