Money owed to me by Telkom

I have been incorrectly charged on my Adsl account for December. R1700 instead of R999. After several disputes lodged my account have not been credited,

It's unacceptable for a company not to refund customers who's account was incorrectly charged due to an error on their system.

Please resolve this asap!
