Mobile contract was canceled in Jan 2020 and final account amount paid in store as that is what was told needed to be done before they could cancel it. Now more than a year later New Debt is calling for unpaid account. How absurd!!! *********** people at Telkom. I then chatted to someone Londiwe Sokhela and I asked for an email address to escalate a complaint to and my chat was ended by the person and well now they will blame covid and connection issues!!
