MONEY MAKING SCHEME AT THE COST OF PENSIONER

<p>My Mother is 78 y old and has alzheimers. She is a state pensioner and has no other source of income. She has been trying since August both telephonically and in writing to cancel her phone line. Needless to say nothing has happenned except the bill and sms keeps coming in demanding payment for services after the request for cancellation. Where does treating customers fairly come into play here. Simply ignoring requests to cancel a service but continuing to hold the client liable for a service which is no longer required or used.</p>
