money making scheme

<p>i have been try to end a contract with telkom for the past two months. i followed correct protocol, after the contract ended, fill in a cancellation form at the store, knowing u will be billed and it will only be processed the folowing month. suddenly the R360-00 contract is R500-, no1 at telkom can explain why. i set up a case, ref number : ***3 , consultant referance is mavusoAN. NO feedback or response from telkom if this contract is cancelled. is this a money making scheme to rip people off?when you want your monthly bill it is diligently paid, this is poor customer appreciation and is pathethic that i must beg for a canellation. wake up!!!</p>
