money making ********!!
I asked to cancel a contract that had come to an end, they chose to cancel an incorrect number which was still within contract period. Therefore they incorrectly charged me early cancellation fee!! when i called them, they said they'd reverse the amount before my debit order date. THAT WAS A LIE!! They debited the money from my account. Now, More than 2 months, they still haven't reversed the amount. If you not with them, I'd advise you don't enter into contract with them!!

14 Dec 2018, 13:38Now 2 months later and about 3 or 4 cases later, the matter is still not yet resolved!!! I will be cancelling all my contracts with you guys!! you guys are utterly useless. i keep being told to open a new case because the agents i keep dealing with keep routing the cases to the wrong departments. I am convinced now that this is not an accident, and was done purposely to get more money out of the customer
