MONEY HUNGRY

Hi i have a contract with you guys for 299 a month for 40gb day20gbnight data. I had to pay 800rand security deposit and for the first 2 months it was fine and suddenly you taking out 501? How does that work. Please get in contact with me. I paid on the 4th of march500 and end of march they took 299and now end of appril they took out another 500 and now i must pay another 500!! Daylight robery what is going on!!! I cant get hold of call centre Facebook that tell me chat on WhatsApp WhatsApp just says I must pay ANOTHER 500RAND
