Money grabbers

Purchased monate bundles twice of 5gigs each and was never loaded. Wasted my money. Last night purchase a 1.5gig +1.5gig all network data bundle and was never loaded. There's not one telkom number online where you can speak to a person to sort this ******* out. All voice automated with no proper support. So how am I getting my money back or how is this going to be sorted. Telkom is getting worst by the day. Terrible terrible company
