Money Gone

Hi good day at 18:46 Friday 25th October I bought R49 Telkom airtin to convert to data the 3G +3G Lte bundle that is R49

After buying it shows insufficient funds ok think the R49 is too litte I normally buy the R149 bundle

A bought another R10 to add to the R49 it showed R59 and when I did a balance inquiry again it shows R0.00

I did not phone the R59 out or converted the R59 into data

It just shows insufficient funds so my R59 just disappeared.

Please help Peter. In this day and age nobody has money to just through away.
