Money for Nothing.

On 18 January 2021 I was at Telkom in Cresta to cancel my telephone line and given cancellation case:***2 for service *** and then received SMS to say my request has been received and it may take 2 months for billing process to be completed,it is now May and I have received yet another account from Telkom and wondered if anyone could contact me as I wonder how long it takes to cancel or are they just trying to still make money out of their service that is not working.3 months prior to the cancellation the line was not working and I have been paying Telkom all this time for a service that they never gave and quite frankly I feel that Telkom should just cancel the line and reimburse me for their non existant service.
