Money deducted but prepaid Fibre not activated

Bought the Openserve Prepaid Fibre through Telkom website. The money was deducted from my account but the bundle was never activated. The customer service was poor, agents sending me from one department to the other. Some claiming they will call me at end of business day but not getting back to me. Please avoid this product.
