Money deducted but never recieved goods

<p>Respected sir/madam</p> <p>I anjum zia kahloon </p> <p>I d no ********** 069084</p> <p>few weeks ago I received a call from Telekom. lady on the phone said she is calling from telkom and I have been chosen by telkom for a special package offer and she also told me this offer is not available in telkom store.the special package offers contain..(smart Internet 1 gb data with WiFi router e5330+10 gb of free data +smart plan 50 any time min +500 data every month ) with a cost of 138 rends every month and also contains </p> <p> two sim cards for a duration of 24 months.After asking again and again and confirming she keeps me telling that package includes all the above mentioned details in the .In the end she offer to speak to supervisor also and I did .He too confirm the above mentioned details. 19 July Tuesday when I receive the package it wasn't complete . I try to call the given number .. ********** 417.but it was out of order.when finally I managed to speak to two different operator on the customer service no 081180.thrusday 21july the operator told me that above mentioned deal only contains 500 mb of data..and 22 July the operator told me a different story that above mentioned deal do contain 11 gb of data but terms are very different it involves hot-spot. debt order is already paid from my bank account reference number is easy debt telkom ********** e160715.</p> <p>kindly solve my problem it already taken my lots of time and cause me emotional disturbance. my cell no is . ********** 815.</p> <p>the sim cards numbers are</p> <p> ********** ********** 474386</p> <p> ********** ********** 996438.</p> <p>and the order number is ********** .thanks</p> <p>anjum zia kahloon</p>
