Money debited, item not delivered.

Approved for a contract and had Money debited from account on 4th and promised delivery writhing 5 days. Which never happened. Was then called and informed what I had ordered was no longer available hence Apple does not make iPhone 6 s. I had discussed with agent Zama that if that was the case then the contract has been breached by Telkom and therefore should be cancelled and refund my money back. That was the last time I heard from Telkom. Are we just numbers? another debit order gone through that once money is debited we seize any form of importance as customers.
