Money being deducted **********ly from telkom

App**** for a router contract via FB Off was declined but it is the fourth month now that Telkom is deducting money from my account for no reason. Went instore to complain....made many calls to Telkom...sent many emails but Im not winning. Telkom still *****ing my money.
