Mondo - Telkom Mobile ( Non-Existent Contract Deal)
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">On 07 April 2016 I got a call from one of the Mondo consultants offering me a contract, he mentioned that they are running a promoyion and that the contract will be R139 for 16GB of data every month + a Huawei Tablet. Because the deal seemed too good to be true I kep asking the agent if the 16GB I will get every month and he assured me that the promotion was valid. The agent's supervisor also confimrd the term of the contract. 2 days later they debited my account with R99 for admin fee. I got an sms from the Telkom cofirming delivery of my 1GB contract ( No longer 16GB) I called Mondo to clarify the matter and they said that they don't have such deal and they don't know where the agent (and the supervisor got 16GB). They did an internal inquiry and after a week I called them back and they confirmed that they listened to the recording and the agent did indeed sell me a 16GB bundle. it's been a full month and they are sendig me from pillar to post ( first the agent who is handling my case was on leave, now that she is back, their system is offline). They have debited my account, I have upheld my end of the contract, I want my Device and my 16GB per month</span></p>
