Mondo - Telkom Complaint

<p>My name is Nathan Martin, i am a IT Service Desk Agent working for JDG Trading. My ID Number is ********** 113084 I received a call last week Friday the 25th November 2016 from a company called Mondo representing Telkom, trying to sell me a Telkom Contract on a Huawei Y3.</p> <p>Now firstly, its an Old Phone, i am 26 years old and most certainly would not want this phone as i currently have a Samsung S6. I received an SMS Yesterday Stating that my Telkom Application has been successfully processed and that my phone will be delivered in 7 - 14 working days.</p> <p>This is unacceptable, i dont who this consultant got the confirmation from to sell to a Blacklisted individual, using Telkom's Name as the institution they represent.</p> <p>I need what ever has been placed against my name to be cancelled as a matter of urgency as i will take this to the relevant Ombudsman, due to the fact that a black listed customer is being sold to. I'm sure you guys understand the seriousness of this situation. Please ensure that my account is not debited for any reason and that any contract be cancelled before a i receive anything from you.</p> <p>I have not received any phone from them yet and would have already been sent notification that the admin fee will be debited in the next 24 hours.
