Mondo scores a duck!

Hold your breath. Mondo delivered a MTN product to my door within 48 hours! AFTER 4 MONTHS Mondo is still telling me to wait for the cancellation to be confirmed. I returned the product as per conditions in March. In June I am still told: we dont know!!! 30 emails to customer care, 50 mobile calls to Mondo and MTN and 2 visits to MTN Direct store in PE helped me zulch. SWEET BLOW ALL! I feel betrayed. Friendly Mondo consultants promise and promise and promise. They even agree it is unecceptable. Then they say cheers and the nightmare continues. For a pensioner this business is a no go. The consumer council my next stop.
