Mondo celphone contract

I'm really fed up with this company. Everytime I'm on live chat they keep saying please call or email.... I've made a cancelation on my contract. According to them DSV will pick up the device. It's been 14days already and no one picked it up yet. I wonder if it's really cancled. They're fast enough to sell stuff but doesn't want to work.
