Mondo and Telekom support doesn't exist

I took a 20 g lte contract out with mondo. Thy said that number wil be ported to my 074 number. Now 074 is ported to a unknown number . I trying to get it fixed from April no help from telkom or mondo . Telkom said *** did the porting but no replay. Call mondo said it telkom . My 074 number doesn't work at all. Losing business it my contract number for my business. Please advise what I can do
