Monday Morning Blues

I got to Telkom Liberty Mall at 09:00 because I need to reload data for our office wifi. I was told that the cash cashier only opens at 09:30. After waiting for 20minutes I'm told that I can go buy the data at Pick n Pay because the computer is locked?! I advise the gentleman that I know that is not possible and I have to top up inside the shop. He comes back moments later to now say that the computer is offline or whatever the case was. Firstly why does the shop open at 09:00 if there are some services which won't be readily available when the customer works in? Secondly, I just got too many stories as to why I cannot be assisted which left me rather irritated. I really hope I get better service next time because I just need urgent help as my life is currently on hold in terms of work!
