Monate Monday deal (20/12/2021) Still not processed (Samsung Galaxy S20 (not FE))

At 9:30am on Monday the 20/12/2021 i app**** online for the Monate deal for the Samsung Galaxy S20 not the FE version. To date (3 weeks later) i still dont have the device. On 3 separate occasions a Telkom Agent called me to confirm my info and process my order but still nothing came. I have logged over 12 different calls to address the issue and they keep saying "sorry there are no orders in our system for you". Yesterday an agent emails me saying that there is a stock issue. In my mind i app**** and was approved with an agent calling me in the first hour of the deal going live and they have no stock??? More especially the ad was live for the remainder of the week with no apologies or corrections being issued. This leads me to believe that Telkom is using bait advertising to draw in customers. Telkom is useless, they must close down.
