Mom's phone

<p>I had a problem with Telkom and my mom's phone in the old age home. She could phone out but no one could phone her.</p> <p>After logging my complaint I got my first phone call at 7.30am!!!!!!!!! (seems you guys never sleep :) ) from NOLENE explaining the situation and giving me a run down of exately what they are doing. She phoned me every morning at 7.30 to give me a update, where the fault is and what they are doing about it.</p> <p>Thank you so much for resolving this issue, I can finally now get hold of my mom.</p>
