Telkon are moderday *******.

I went to upgrade my device in January. I explicitly asked the salesman does google support Huawei devices. His reply 'yes they do', therefore I proceed with the upgrade. After several attempts to clone the device and gone back instore to complete the process, none of us was successful.

I did my own research, only to find out the saleman **** to me. "Google does not support Huawei devices". I was still well within my cool off period of the contract and canceled the contract. I returned the device the next day. This is where we are in the process. For 4 months now I am billed and deducted for the device I no longer have. Repeatedly on the phone to the Telkom express brach in Clearwater mall and Telkom back office. I finally go a statement of credit to waver the contract amount.

Only for backoffice to add the amount to my bill of R9382.50. Whereby they just deducted the amount from my account. I reversed that transaction as I have my other responsibilities to attend to. Not pay for there mistake.

Now, due to there incompetence to cancel my contract and waver the amounts. I am listed as a bad payer "black listed".

Telkom!!! at the end you have taken now approximately R11 382.50 of my money for a no reason, no service and no product.

That is called theft.
