Modem & LIT Media Box
Signed up for Telkom 40mbps VDSL in February 2018 which was meant to include a Modem & LIT Media Box. VDSL has been up and running for 7.5 months now but still no sign of either the Modem or the LIT Media Box (I fortunately had an old Modem). Apparently Telkom was out of stock at the time and I'm still waiting. I've called 10213 on numerous occasion only to either be promised delivery soon or passed back and forth between Sales and Billing. I have also been to the Telkom store (100kms away) only to be told that they could not help me as I had app**** telephonically and not in store.
