I ordered a cell phone from Telkom 1.5 months ago and I still have not received it, to make matters worst they have debt my account already! ;( The call center is ALWAYS offline and can NEVER assist, I've been calling every second day since placing the order. I was also advise by a call center agent not to cancel the order as I'm more likely to get the phone than a credit !?! I've been to the Cresta Telkom store and even they could not be of any assistance.
Don't buy anything from these guys.

04 Jul 2018, 15:37Yes, the phone was delivered after 3 months but you delivered two phones. I only ordered one! You have also been billing me for the second phone.... try as I may I can't get anyone to collect and cancel that second phone. Help me out here please...
