MOBILE ROUTER (RICA)

Got my Telkom mobile router on contract, waited more than 48 hours to get feedback on registering(RICA) of the sim card. Apparently they had technical problems, never got an SMS/Email, four days later they said I'II receive a new sim card, which I received and still not working, 24 hours later no feedback from Telkom.
