Mobile phone online order

I ordered a contract cellphone online which i expected to receive within 7 working days after approval - i was then told that they don't have it in stock, i opted for another phone which i was told they do have stock and will be receiving soon but haven't received any feedback regarding the progress.

I am still trying to get hold of someone that'll inform me as to when I should expect the delivery which is really difficult to get hold of Telkom service providers as they take very long to answer -I am about to travel overseas & don't have so much time to wait any longer. Please assist urgently
