Mobile Numbers to Prepaid - Waiting for months

I have been trying to move all my numbers to prepaid for months and I continue to get billed for a contract. Your online cancel service DOES NOT WORK, your employees in your stores don't help and your reference numbers are useless as they sit as "Logged" forever.

Please move all my numbers to prepaid as originally requested and credit the amount due.
