Mobile number cancelled

<p>I have a contract with telkom mobile and I was owing for three months an an amount of R2,196. I paid R2,200 on the 25th of June 2016, my line was opened on the third day my line was cancelled and went to the nearest telkom mobile shop in trade route mall to ask what happened they told me that my line was cancelled they don't know why and logged a case until now they have not responded to me. </p> <p>My contract is 18 months old I'm left with 6 months to finish I'm willing to pay my contract until the end please help me resolve this issue.</p>
