Mobile number cancelled

<p>I have a contract with telkom mobile and I was owing for three months an an amount of R2,196. I paid R2,200 on the 25th of June 2016, my line was opened on the third day my line was cancelled and went to the nearest c mobile shop in trade route mall to ask what happened they told me that my line was cancelled they don't know why and logged a case until now they have not responded to me. </p> <p>My contract is 18 months old I'm left with 6 months to finish I'm willing to pay my contract until the end please help me resolve this issue.
