Mobile department is unprofessional

Good day I have called the telkom mobile department repeatedly regarding my account balance which I would like to pay for the month of June, the line either gets dropped as soon as a consultant answers or the call does not go through at all. So please assist me by sending me the appropriate banking details for me to do an Eft and please send me the outstanding amount. I took this contract out nearly a month ago and up until now, I have no received an invoice or statement, so please provide me with one as well
