Mobile Data package lies

We had the Internet 5 Promo, 10GB day data/10GB night surfer data. <br> To upgrade, we went into Kolonade Retail Park, Pretoria's Telkom shop. The sales rep told us that: It would be much more beneficial for us to stay on our current Internet 5 Promo package RATHER to upgrade to a new contract, because the night-surfer data is ONLY FOR NIGHT-SURFING. We will NOT be able to upload or download during the night-surfer time period from 12am - 7am.<br> We decided not to upgrade seeing that we would have to pay R100 more for the same package without uploading or downloading. Someone called us two weeks later and told us that we were misinformed about the night-surfer. He then told us about the new package, INCLUDING DATA ROLL OVER WHICH LASTS 6 MONTHS. We wanted to upgrade to 20&20GB package, but seeing that we were promised about the DATA ROL*****, we wouldn't need the larger package. So we upgraded the contract but still the 10&10GB package, causing us to pay R100 more that the Internet 5 Promo.<br> We are now paying R100 more for for THE SAME PACKAGE without any benefits. We had to upgrade and get NOTHING MORE. We have been cheated by misinformation by reps who have no idea what they are selling.
